Healthy Spine is an exercise program designed for everyone, both those struggling with back pain of any kind and everyone else regardless of age, gender or physical activity. The program includes a “dynamic” warm-up, a main part consisting of strengthening exercises, and a calming final stretching session.
In the classes, qualified therapists use specially designed exercise programs, devoting attention to strengthening postural muscles, learning correct posture and ergonomics, as well as relaxing and stretching excessively tense muscles. Healthy spine classes can be treated both as a continuation of rehabilitation, physioprophylaxis and as a way to maintain an appropriate level of physical activity.
